you cant judge  IITS(older) in terms of all branchs at a time
each IIT has got its one spciality. each iits is good in its own way. if some iit is good in mechanical engineering ,other may be good at electrical engineering.
in the given options all iits at almost same(top 8) wn u come to their rankings (their order may change in different websites)
so i ask u to make a dissicion on infracture n other factors like distance from ur place... etc
