Young Modulus is equal to the ration of Longitudinal stress to the longitudinal stress.
So strain is equal to , change in length due to longitudinal stress to the original length.
And longitudinal stress is equal to the tensile force(weight hanged) divide area of cross section.
Put the corresponding values and get the answer..
