Does polar lie inside the conic section? Polar is the locus of intersection of two tangents from the extremities of the chord, but tangents become secants if they pass from inside of a conic section.

If we draw chords(from pole) on left and right side of ellipse , then point of intersection will be on two sides ,when we draw a locus as straight line through the ellipse then polar will lie inside .This answer maynot be correct ,I just tried😊
