No, askiitian cannot send those to your mail id . 
but u can always view the content in the website itself . 
there are actually 2 types of study material , 
1 which contains theory as well as solved question alongwith revision notes and thats avaliable at free of cost . 
anathor is a self study package which will be alwayus helpfull for concept clearing , that contains everything u require to clear the iit exam . 
so, better go for self study package alongwith test series .
