$\\ whenever this comes we take advantage of range of \{x\} \\ 0 \leq \{x\}<1 \\since your expression is not corectly expressed i assume \\you want range of \frac{\{x\}}{1+\{x\}} \\if you put the range you can easily see \\0 \leq \frac{\{x\}}{1+\{x\}}<\frac{1}{2} \\\frac{\{x\}}{1+\{x\}} \in [0,0.5)$
