arrange the compound given in attached image in  decreasing order of Sn2 reactivity .
I had tried it by comparing steric and electron deficiency but I am stucked in chloropropane and chloroethene.

Sn2 reaction order is 
3degree carbon > 2 degree carbon > 1 degree carbon 
 
The compound which is bulkier will provide more  resistance to nucleophilic substitution , So, the sn2 reaction will easily occur at chloroethere, than chloropropane.
