mg force is acting on the liquid element in downward direction

and inertial force ma is acting in the apposite direction of acceleration

let F is resultant of these two

F² =(mg)² + (ma)² + 2(mg)(ma)cos60

this force F makes and angel Φ with mg

tanΦ =ma sin60 /(mg + ma cos60)

   T is apposite to F

and free surface of liquid will be perpendicular to T
