sir my score is 230 above will i be able to get btech in any iit (new ones also)?sir also tell me is the total good in view of totals of other students i guess paper was typical this timemy rank prediction is between 1501-2000

Yes Rahul , with a total of 230 your rank will be round about 1500.So you have a chance to get a B.Tech course in any of the IITs although in IIT bombay and IIT delhi you may not get very good branch.
