go fr 2nd n third counselling.. u may get it
go for 2nd n 3rd round or opt for BITS n NITs which is far bttr option

You may be upgraded to Mech.
But still you cant be so sure.
You must fo for AIEEE counselling and surrender your seat only when you get admission in IIT.
