I dont know how i can draw the fig, so if someone has the book...

Im confused bout the first part

How do you find the angles with x-axis made by the different vectors. Ans isnt even in HCV solutions.

Hi Shayan,

 

Angle made by any vector A with x-axis is

cos-1[(A.i)/|A|]  -------- read it as "inverseCos{ (A dot i)/ModA }"

ModA is magnitude of A.
