WHAT IS COMBINATION AND PERMUTATION AS DIFFERENCE OF ORDER GIVE ME EXAMPLE AND WHAT BENEFIT

Dear Rajan,

  we consider order in permutation but not in combination 

because in permutation we arrange r objects in n places and in combination we select r objects out of n objects

example let us suppose we have three objects a , b, c

now if we have to arrange this in three places we can arrange (a , b, c)  ,(a , c , b)  , (b , a, c),(b , c, a),(c , a, b),(c , b, a)

these are the number of arrangements so it is permutation and we consider all the arrangement differently

now if we have to select all three so we dont have consider the order
