WHY SCRA ENGINNER COURSE IS DONE IN BIHAR WITH LIMITED SEAT.AS I KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY CLASS FOR ENGINEERING IN SAME COLLEGEBUT SCRA HAS LIMITES SEAT I.E. 10 TO 50. IT MEANS ONLY ONE CLASS IS GOING ON
