Sir, My Rank is 4584 AIR. I could not get EEE in NIT-Trichy,warangal or surthkal. please let me know may I get the seat in 5th councilling or not.
Last year it was quite possible, this year i am in doubt. So please clear whether it is possible or not or should i proceed for PEC chd.
