a student with all india rank 6500 can get in any of these courses in dtu mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer please reply me fast

All Branches except Computer Science & Engineering(CSE) @ DTU is absolutely possible !!
If you have a Delhi State Reservation(15% Home State Reservation) then you can easily get Computer Science & Engineering(CSE) also !

check on dtu site in btech'11 column where u can use their "branch predictor" and download cutoff for last year also...
