I have got mechanical in BIT,Mesra ,so should I go for higher branches like CS,ECE or EEE?

See its all depends upon ur interest.... But if we see for the scope n job prospects in the above mentined branch then I will suggest the following branches in order of preference : 1. ECE 2. EEE 3. CS Electronics, electronics and electrical, & mechanical are the core branches n are considered as the evergreen branches in engineering in which can't see the crunch in job prospects.
