sir, i have forgot to bubble the selection for large fonts. I have not bubbled any of the options. Shall my application be rejected?

Your form won;t be rejected. You will be provided paper with normal font. in case you need larger font paper then contact JEE office. i think there is no problem in normal font paper also.
