For physics you need to study DC Pandey for each topic as it has detailed concept and problem solving aptitude on each topic which will help you a lot for concept building.

Regerding Maths refer : -

1. S L Loney, Trigonometry
2. Hall & Knight, Algebra
3. S L loney, Coordinate geometry

Also you can refer to the Mathematics Today regularly for building confidence.
