query regarding DTU counseling

Question

sir the cut off for OBC (delhi) for CSE in first counseling of DTU is 18420 and my AIEEE rank is 19600 so i got ECE in first counseling.Sir can u tell me plz whether i am going to get CSE in 2nd or 3rd counseling i.e. what are my chances of getting CSE.Will the cut off for CSE slides down to 19600 and above or not.Plz reply soon its urgent.
