if i took admission in any one of the nit's,than will i able to seat in 2nd counsilling?will i able to change my branch and college if any good seat is vacant at that time?

Dear Anshul,

Once you take admission in the college you have been alloted you loose the eligibility for second counselling. Only if you dont take admission then you can go for second counselling.
