I have an option b/w ECE/EEE inBVP and engg Phy in DCE.. what to choose?

I want to do an Mtech and go into the research field ..but at the same time i dont want to close the doors of industry . Does doing engg phy close the door for industry for me??

Phy @ DCE is better option if you are ineterst in reaserach .. but wanna go for job the ECE is more better branch ..
