for ntse only mtg publication is better , i used that and qualified the stage 2 of the entrance , u can take mtg ntse explorer and practice as much as u can , there are ample of questions their , and after did that u can proceed with ntse previous year papers . 
and for iit foundation 9^th , 10^th , trishna foundation book is preferrable . 
and u can also join askiitian foundation courses they are also a kind of awesome courses which tracks the concept in a specified manner .

the main weightage in ntse is for social studies and MAT,but there are mpcb also the ntse explorer is for mat only
