Which is better taking any branch in prominant IIT or CS in any IIT (new). I have heard that building of new IITs is not complete. How is IIT Dhanbad as compared to others. And how can I ask questions related to answer of previous question?

TAKE CS IN ANY NEW IIT IF YOU HAVE GOOD INTEREST IN CS AS WELL AS YOU ARE NOT GETTING N AT ANY OLD IIT. NO DEAR BUILDINGS ARE READY BUT IN SOME IITS STILL HOSTEL FACILITIES ARE UNAVAILABLE, BUT THEY WILL BE ALSO PROVIDED BY OFFICIALS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IIT DHANBAD IS GOOD IN CASE OF INFRASTRUCTURE . YOU CANS SAY IT IS GOOD , OVERALL FRIEND IT IS A IIT.
