sir the procedure of alloting seat in councelling is same in2017 like 2016? i mean the 40% marks of 12 th class will be added in councelling.

no , the 40 percent of class 12^th rule has already removed from jee main , that means the ranks in jee main will be decided alone from your jee main score , and no weightage of class 12^th . 
it will be applicable from 2017 onwards . 
and 1 more – u need to score atleast 75 percent in class 12^th board exam to attempt jee mains 2017 .
