sir i want to know whether for they will see only general category rank or obc rank to give seats in nits sir

both ranks will be considered . obc students are given seats according to their category rank as well as air while general students will get seats according to air rank. this all procedure depends on the policy of admission fixed by government

It depends, if you have applied under general category then they will consider your general category only or else they may be considering OBC if one is an OBC. The allocation of seats during the counselling rounds purely depends on the merit plus availability of the seats.
