sir i have got 201 in jee advance,174 in mains ,96% in ISC(class 12 board exam).I am general and from Bengal.My rank in WBJEE is 429,and i expect to get a seat in Jadavpur University.My BITSAT score is 342.I want to study EE.Will i get a seat in old iit, and which college will be best for me?

you may not get EE in old iits
but ur having chance in BITS goa or hyd 
both r good instutes dont miss it 
u can also have a chance in NIT (top) so also wait for NIT councling
