Sir how to make short notes on each topic which would help me in revising later before the exams?

Dear Studetnt,
Make a separte copy for each subjects where you can note done the important points to remember. In that copy you write down (chapter wise) the important points or fomulas or reactions which you think is important and requires to be revised before the exams. Thanks.
