Hey Shikhar, this is very dilemma situation,here my thinking is-
you should choose your branch because this will remain with you your whole life.
but if you have are not sure about your interest, then only you can choose iit.
because if you enter iit, you will develop yourself according to the option.
in the end if you are sure about your branch, just choose branch not iit tag
