kindly check your query , you have mentioned that you are in class 12^th , and again wrote that currently studying in bits pilani . 
thats not possible , bits pilani is a undergraduate programme , and u have to complete class 12 to give bitsat , to enter into bits . 
and one more thing massachutes institute of technology doesnot have mbbs course , its a engg institutes , and u have to get the TOP 10 ranks in jee advanced to get into it , 

and also u can write SAT AND GATE to qualify with a good rank , only then they will accept you .
