Q)Sir,suppose a student studying in a NIT is not happy with the branch selected and it is his first year...There is no department change option available at that NIT...so can he appear JEE main again...and if he gets a better rank than the previous,will he be able to take admission in that same NIT but this tym with his preferred branch...??or this is not possible...plz help...sir....

Obviously yes, you can go for the test and to re-start the degree at any point of time, provided you score a better rank tha earlier which ensures to help you get your desired branch, but if you are not confident enough to take the risk or not sure to get a beter rank again, then it’s beter to continue at the same place or else you may seek admission in your desired branch at one of the most reputed institutions like – Savitribai Phule Pune university, Pune,.......................DTU, Delhi,....................Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
