obviously h intercept will be affected because when t=0, h=c which is directly dependent on c.
now, maximum value will also be affected by the constant term. as an example, -t^2+1 and -t^2+2 have max values 1 and 2 respectively. 
also, t intercept is affected. as an example, -t^2+1 and -t^2+2 have t intercept 1 and root2 resp.
so the correct option is I, II and III
