I was a regular student of Allen Chandigarh. I joined Allen in May 2015 in Phase-2 batch. First 2 months went smoothly with almost 8 hr prep everyday & decent class rank like 10-20 in class of 100. Then I bought smartphonethen marks & rank depreciation started. I got addicted to smartphone & got demotivated. I never had any mentor for JEE nor any senior friend. Then came 12th & it was disaster. Never touched Chemistry, little bit physics but did maths whole heartily. I was completely shattered in 12 & used to cry a lot in depression. I left smartphone in July 2017 but still couldn't catch up due to mental stress & no motivation. Then came boards & I went through hell. I used to cry & even took medicine for depression but still managed to score 91 %. Now it was the turn for Mains & it also went bad but not too bad according to my prep. Now the turning point came. I gave Mains in online mode & when my choices were sent to my mail, I checked wrong answer key & got only 24. I cried like hell for 2 weeks & left preparation for Advance. But on 27 April I got relieved when real marks were out i.e. 111. But I still didn't prepped for Adv due to mental stress. I gave Adv & BITSAT with 0 prep & got above mentioned score. I'm getting CS in Thapar, IT in IIITA & maybe CS in PEC. I've very bleak chances for DTU/NSIT. I really wanted DTU/NSIT as I'm interested in coding & learnt basics of java on my own. Sir please guide for future course of action, should I drop or Join these colleges ? If I had to drop I'll join local institute & not Kota because I don't want to leave my family. I'm very very weak in CHEM, know almost nothing about 11 PHY, no idea about organic & 11 inorganic, maths is pretty good. I'm very weak at heart & get stressed easily. BUT I REALLY WANT TO STUDY AT A GOOD COLLEGE. And one more thing sir should I leave IIITA for PEC as I don't wanna go to Allahabad.
