Is there any center for writing RMO in gulf(CBSE)?

Yes , Rmo can be written in gulf also , but i am not sure about the center name , but its mainly a tast by hscbse and that have branch also in abroad , and this exam will conduct their also . 
otherwise u can write IMO also , and for that center details check at their respective website .
