Dear Student, if you are finding problems in biology then you can skip it because you have a good option of mathematics but if you are in 11th std then you should have to study if you are bio student. In 12th std you can have the bio as optional with core mathematics as only if you are willing to cop up with these two because this may give you help in appearing for medical entrance test as well along with other engineering entrance tests.
So, decide where you can do your best. And for ISSER all the basic subjests – PCM and Biology are required, the specializations are chosen later on.
