i will be appearing for entrance in 2016 nd i ve to crack it in 1st attempt there is only 1 yr left nd 11 nd 12 both will be asked in xam how to manage nd how much time shuld i devote in each subject so as to get accomplished

u need to study atleast 12 hours a day in the worest case 
intially spend more time in the subject in which u are weak
before exams(2months)start spending more time on the subject ur strong 
in genral try  to spend 4 hours for each subject
approve if useful
and aask any further questions if u have

Go in a conceptual way.revise the concepts every week,Attempt the paper in this order  chemistry,maths,physics.so that it will save your time.this is just suggestion.you can attempt in any order.
there are many universities in INDIA which will provide good placement and scholarship those unioversities are
1)BITS
2) Lovely Professional University(PUNJAB)
3)THAPAR.
