Dear student
 
Neet is for MBBS while JEE is for Engineering.
Sometimes student can manage to cover both subjects.

If you want to become doctor , go for NEET , If Engineer tan go for JEE, 
Regardng NEET , competition is very tough , you will face lots of difficulties if you do not get good rank in terms of financial as well as Mental pressure during study , 
But if you choose engineering , you can have some degree from anywhere , and thereafter your work and expertise will decide your future.
