I have passed 12 boar in 2017 but not admit for 1st year graduation.Can I give exam of kvpy?

No you are not allowed. No, droppers are not eligible to appear forKVPY. Youcanonly appear for KVPYExam when you are enrolled in either Class 11, 12 or First Year of undergraduate program.
