I have got 4379 rank in JEE ADV (General Category). I have gone through the opening and closing ranks according to that I have a good chance of getting a seat in ISM (CSE, electrical, mechanical etc.,) and also in new IITs

I am also expecting a good rank in mains ( 234 and 97.3% in AP board )

Is it better to join ISM / NIT / newer IITs

I am in a daze pls give me a good solution

First of all I would like to congratulate you for a good score in JEE advance.
Now, it actually depends on your priorities, whether you are interested in an IIT (new IITs) with branches (except CS and ECE) or you want to be more specific about the branches compromising the IIT and opting for an NIT or ISM.
All, the IITs, NITs, and ISM are very good. But, now you have to decide whether you are more towards your specific branch or college.
