I got 140 marks in JEE (Mains) ant 12 th CBSE board % are 85.6 , I am from GENERAL category.As per my marks which engineering branches in goverment collages will I get??

Go for CSE or ECE, and you can try seeking admission at
MCKV Institute of Engineering, Howrah

As per your procedure of selecting Engineering branches for JEE candidates ; will I get any of the branches in NITs , IIITs , GFTIs ?

You’ll have to check the cutoff list of IIT where you wish to be and for NIT you need to clear JEE Advanced
