Grade 12th passDiscuss with Askiitians Tutors

I gave 12th board in 2018. Got 73%. Gave JEE mains but not cleared cut off. Gave class improvement in 2019. Gave JEE again in 2019 but not cleared cut off. I didn't gave JEE advanced at all. Can I give JEE for third time in 2020? Am I eligible for JEE advanced in 2020?
