I am a class 11 student preparing for jee from pace.I lose focus very easily when not able to solve a question and tend to get involved in other activities.I know I have to go the extra mile and whenever I sit to study and am not able to understand / solve. I complete give up. Please help is needed out here

Thats normal, It even happens with best of us. Even till date the same thing happens with me.

The trick is to let it go and take a simple break and start fresh. Thats all you need to do.
Just ask yourself, will losing focus and getting frustrated over a question would help in any way?
