How to use Solomon`s and Freyhl (ms chauhan)? Is it neccessary to read the entire theory ?

no , u have less time for jee now , now if u can read theory also , then u will be able to complete 40 percent of it . 
so, rather than reading the theory , go with the questions of it , and prepare the mock test , 

and for organic , take out paula and bruice , its a complete book and also it have tricks  for reaction intermediate . 
u can try that , otherwise , prepare the ques from solomons and frahyl .
