Hi sir, please tell me which is the best suitable college and branch for me. My jee adv rank is 5447. Should I go for any avg branch in top iits like IIT kgp agriculture or go for core branch(electrical) in college like ism dhanbad

You should go for any of the IIT because the choice of branch is immaterial if you dont have any preference before hand.
