To get into a very good NIT, you need to manage up with a good JEE mains rank as well as good score in boards also, since the percentages are 60% and 40% resp.
Now, since you have got good marks in JEE mains but the percentage in boards is little less, so I think you might have to struggle getting a very good NIT but yes you can get into some or the other NIT.
