Apart from JEE , BITSAT, and State Level Engineering Entrance Examinations, one can also sit for other university or private engineering institutions as well such as:

SRM Engineering Entrance Exam
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test
Punjab Technical University Combined Entrance Test
Jamia Milia Islamia Engineering Entrance Exam
Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Engineering Entrance Exam
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam

However, there is no need to separately prepare for such exams. If one covers the syllabus of JEE Mains and Advanced, one can easily crack all other examinations.
