x * ½ (1 + y)^-1/2 y’ + (1 + y)^1/2 + y * ½ (1 + x)^-1/2 + (1 + x)^1/2 * y’ = 0
on simplifying you get
y’ = dy/dx = 1 / (x + 1)2
