we can write
f ‘(x)/f(x)= 2
integrating both the side w.r.t. x
ln f(x) = 2 x + c
f(x) = e2x+c
now f(0) = 3 is given 
3 = ec
c = ln 3
then f(2) = e4+ ln 3    [answer]
