obviously log22x+3= x+3
now let f(x)= sin2x cos2x cos3x+log22x+3sin2x cos2x cos3x+x+3
then f’(x)= 2cos2xcos2x cos3x+sin2x*g’(x)+1, where g(x)= cos2x cos3x
now f’(pi)=  2cos2picos2picos3pi+sin2pi*g’(pi)+1
= – 2 + 0 + 1
=  – 1
