You have not written the question clearly. I assume the fn is sqrt(x - [x]).
Obviously, [x] is the greatest integer less than or equal to x.
Hence [x] is less than or equal to x for all x
Or x-[x] is greater than or equal to zero for all x
Hence, domain of fn is R, option A.

f(x) = sqrt (x – [x])
 
for domain we know that x – [x] >= 0
 
x > = [x]
 
as it is always true hence domain is x belongs to R
