we alredy known the formula
∂(x,y,z)/∂(u,v,w)*∂(u,v,w)/∂(x,y,z)=1
so we find the value of ∂(u,v,w)/∂(x,y,z) by using above formula
we first findout easily the value of the jacobian is below
x = 2u+v-w
y=u-2v+w
z=-u+v+2w
∂(x,y,z)/∂(u,v,w) = -12
so we say easily
∂(u,v,w)/∂(x,y,z) =-1/12

∂(u,v,w)/∂(x,y,z)= -(∂(x,y,z)/∂(u,v,w))
∂x/∂u=2,∂x/∂v=1,∂w/dx=-1
by using differenation ,
and using matrices ,
 
=-{2(-4-1)-1(2+1)-1(-1))}
=13-1
=12
