Please find answer to your question below

Since tangent is perpendicular to line with slope (-1/6). Let tangent slope be m.
m(\frac{-1}{6}) = -1
m = 6
y = 3x^2 + 4
y' = 6x
6x = 6
x = 1
Put in curve
y = 7
